Tell your own story

Explain the service involved, the outcome and any context that helps someone understand your rating. If you own, work for or have another material connection with the business, disclose that relationship.

Submit your own writing. Fabricated accounts, copied reviews, paid or incentivized reviews, disguised promotions and impersonation are not accepted. Leave out booking references, passwords, security codes, payment details and other people's personal information.

Publication follows moderation

A submitted review is initially private. A moderator decides whether to publish it under these guidelines. Spam, duplicate content, threats, unlawful material, advertising, private information and submissions unrelated to the listed business may be declined or removed.

The same rules apply to praise and criticism. We do not remove a review merely because it is negative. Moderation is not purchase verification, and publication does not establish that every statement has been independently confirmed.

The service accepts one review for each combination of email address and company. Sending another review does not edit the first one. Ask the publisher if your existing submission needs a correction.

What readers can see

After approval, the chosen display name, review title, text, rating, submission date and experience date are public. The email address supplied with the review is not public. Reviews are ordered by submission time, with newer submissions first.

A company's community rating is the average of its published review ratings. Pending and rejected submissions do not contribute to it. We show no community score until at least one review is published, and external platform scores are not combined with it.

Report a concern or request a change

Use Report a review to explain a concern about a specific contribution. To ask about your own review, contact the publisher using the email address associated with it and identify the company and submission. We may ask for proportionate information to establish that you can make the request.

Your original writing remains yours. Submission gives VoyBeam non-exclusive permission to store, display and moderate it within this directory. A review is not a complaint delivered to the company and does not begin a support or refund case.
