A source behind every contact

Follow the original publication

We use company websites, official help centers and contact information published by the business itself. Source links allow you to read those details in their original setting.

When an official page cannot be accessed or does not settle a detail, we leave that detail unconfirmed or consult another company-published source. We do not fill gaps with a guessed number, an unrelated office or a third-party service presented as the company.

Read the labels together

A contact's department, geographic scope and hours apply to that contact only. A corporate office is not automatically a customer-service desk, and availability stated for online chat is not treated as telephone availability.

A checked date records when the referenced information was reviewed. It does not indicate a completed test call, a verified telephone menu or continuous monitoring. A source may change after that date.

Booking questions and existing trips

Reservations pages explain where to find booking contacts. Change and cancellation pages describe the published routes for an existing ticket, including online tools and refund information when available. We identify a dedicated refund line only when the company identifies it that way.

Who issued a ticket can determine who is able to change it. Where relevant, we explain the distinction between airline-issued and agency-issued bookings. A listed contact does not establish eligibility for a refund, an available seat or an exemption from charges.

Avoid assumptions about availability and popularity

Toll-free describes the number within its stated calling region. Mobile airtime, calls from another country and other carrier charges may still apply. We do not infer waiting times, a fastest department or a most-popular number from the fact that a number appears on an official page.

A social profile linked by a company can help establish its identity, but does not prove that it accepts private support requests. Reviews about an individual branch, app or product are not relabelled as reviews of the entire company.

Point out something that needs attention

Choose Suggest a contact correction on the relevant listing. Tell us which detail is affected and include the company's own source if you have it. Suggestions are reviewed before a listing changes; submitting one does not automatically update the page.
