Privacy at the VoyBeam directory

VoyBeam Reservations LLC publishes the directory from 434 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601, United States. Send privacy enquiries to warden@voybeam.com, use the Privacy request option in the directory form or contact the publisher on +1 (984) 217-3460. These are publisher contacts, not channels for accessing an account with a listed company.

Information supplied with a review

The review form asks for a display name, email address, rating, title, experience date and review text. The service also records when the review was received and its moderation status. Approved display names, titles, text, ratings and dates can be read publicly.

The email address stays available to authorized directory administrators for moderation, duplicate prevention and requests concerning the submission. A salted hash of the email is also used to prevent multiple reviews for the same company. The public review response does not include either the email address or its hash.

Private messages and reports

Directory forms collect your name, email address and message. Where appropriate, they also record the company or review being discussed, the submission time and the handling status. This information is stored in the directory's private inbox for authorized administrators.

Saving a form does not automatically send an email, notify a listed company or open a case with its support team. To address a booking, account or payment issue, use the company's own published channel. Do not include full card numbers, passwords or security codes in a directory message.

Delivering and protecting the website

Cloudflare supplies hosting, database storage and infrastructure security. Delivering requests and investigating misuse can involve processing IP addresses, request details and infrastructure logs.

For submission limits, the application combines network information with a time window and uses a salted hash as the stored identifier. Counters and expiry times help limit repeated requests. The review records themselves do not store raw IP addresses. Expired submission-limit records are removed when the limiter runs; this does not delete the reviews or messages associated with a visit.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Public browsing does not require an account. Administrator sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only cookie with an eight-hour lifetime. Hosting security features may use their own necessary cookies or similar mechanisms.

The directory currently includes no advertising networks or marketing analytics. Submitted personal information is not sold or shared for targeted advertising. Cloudflare's delivery and security processing is separate from marketing tracking.

Links take you to other services

A company site, social network or external review platform sets its own privacy practices. Opening a telephone or email link hands the action to your device's corresponding application. VoyBeam's directory does not record the resulting call or receive a copy of an email sent to a listed company.

Google Maps links open Google's service, whose privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy External location and product reviews remain on their source platforms; they are not copied into VoyBeam's community-review database.

Retention and requests about your information

A published review stays available until removed. Messages, private review details and moderation records are retained while needed to administer the directory, resolve requests, investigate abuse or meet applicable obligations. These records have no fixed automatic deletion schedule.

Contact warden@voybeam.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Include enough detail to locate it without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily. We may verify your connection to the information. Applicable rights and permitted retention depend on your location and the circumstances of the request.

Children and changes to this policy

The directory is intended for adults. Do not submit a child's personal information. Contact the publisher if you believe such information has been included in a contribution.

We update this policy to reflect changes to the service and its handling of information. The revision date displayed on the page identifies the current version.
